1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations (Before Delivery Begins):
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided the restaurant has not started preparing the food.

Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders that are already being prepared, dispatched, or delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there's an issue with the order (see Refunds section).
2. Return or Exchange Conditions
Since bhookhlagi.net deals with perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery unless:

Items are missing from the order
Such complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your complaint is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the processing window:
